About the project
AEM Back-end Developers wanted! We are looking for a Regular/Senior Java Developer with Adobe Experience Manager knowledge, to join our project department (Competency Center Customer Experience).
We have more than 50 people onboard focused on delivering Adobe-based solutions for international clients. Our current projects include a corporate website for one of the biggest European banks, a corporate website for a trading company from the UK, and a corporate website for the packaging industry.
Your responsibilities
Development of high-performance, multi-threaded software, following architectural guidelines
Ensure high quality and performance of the code
Application performance optimization
Support the project in all aspects of development thanks to the close cooperation with developers and testers
Work with respect to Agile principles with the Development Team and Product Owner
Our requirements
Experience in programming web applications in Java 8+ (min. 2 years)
Experience in creating applications built on AEM 6.x (min. 1 year)
Knowledge of the Apache Sling framework (especially Sling Models)
Knowledge of the Apache Felix framework
Knowledge of document database (JCR) concepts - the preferred Apache Jackrabbit Oak framework
Good knowledge of Java EE issues
Understanding the basics of the HTTP protocol
Ability to create and use REST API
Experience with JSON, XML
Basic knowledge of SQL
