Affiliate Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and optimize a performance-based affiliate program to drive new user acquisition

  • Own this channel from end-to-end including ideation, strategic vision, working with affiliates, creator partners, internal stakeholders and reporting results

  • Proactively source affiliate partners through outreach, social networks, marketplace sites and direct recruiting to hit monthly growth goals

  • Manage and optimize existing affiliate partners: provide appropriate customer support, maintain direct communication, recommend new campaigns for affiliates, analyze performance and provide feedback, monitor affiliate activity, keep affiliates up to date, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance

  • Build community and deepen relationships with existing affiliates, organize promotions and special events for affiliates

  • Source and engage with other performance-based traffic sites

  • Analyze campaigns and develop strategies for promoting the program

  • Create reporting that shows program metrics and insights, including the number of partners, conversion rates per affiliate, number of acquired customers and leads through affiliates

  • Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on

  • Manage channel revenue and profitability according to the company mission and business goals

  • Oversee budget planning

  • Promote Packhelp’s affiliate program

  • Re-engage inactive affiliates

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the affiliates activities with a solid understanding of such industry

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

  • Experience in working at a high-growth tech company, affiliate or performance-based partner marketing is preferred

  • Experience in finding new sources of traffic

  • Excellent logic, data analytics and business development skills

  • Purpose and results-driven approach with a demonstrated proficiency with numbers and data

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in one-on-one settings or in groups and teams

  • Working knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, ppc advertising

  • Previous experience working at a startup/fast-paced environment preferred
