Your responsibilities
Maintenance work, to include preventative maintenance, machine audit inspections and new installations at various customer sites
Troubleshoot, fix and report machine failures on site in person and remotely by telephone
Provide professional technical support to KMT customers to minimize downtime, with a proactive approach to maintenance work
Promote the sales of KMT spare parts as part of the aftermarket requirement in your sales area
Support the professional image of the KMT technical Service department and KMT genuine products
Provide confident and professional customer start up training
Be prepared to travel for 3 to 4 days a week, on average, to meet KMT customers and look for new opportunities in Poland and Central European Countries
Build trustworthy customer relationships through repeated service, sales and courtesy visits
Our requirements
Technical education in mechanics and/or electronics with at least 2 years work experience in installation and service on site
Good “hands on” knowledge in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering
Must be customer orientated with a professional & positive attitude
Must have good organizational skills
Familiar with Microsoft office software
Good written and oral communication skills
Flexible in location of work, must be willing to travel and prepared to stay away from home as required
Driving license is an essential requirement
Good command of English language is a must for internal company communication - any further language skills are an added bonus
