Your responsibilities
Processing of claims and investigations for related product and processes (domestic and foreign payments);
Processing of charges, corrections, preparation confirmation of payments;
Processing of charges related to foreign payments;
Monitoring and reconciliation of nostri and internal accounts;
Preparing reports and statistics as part of local regulatory obligations and internal rules.
Our requirements
At least Bachelor's degree, specialization in Banking / Finance would be an asset;
B2/C1 English and Italian (written and oral) , French will be a plus;
Knowledge and understanding of banking products and settlements (SEPA, SWIFT, Target...) especially in commercial payments (experience on this area will be an added value);
Skills in MS Office, with particular emphasis on MS Excel, MS Word;
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment and diligence;
Flexibility & very good organization of work;
Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
