About the project

Agile & Atlassian Competency Center is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support our numerous customer initiatives. We work with global clients from various industries including among others finance, retail, healthcare, telco, high-tech. We help our Customers both on a team level as well as with scaling agile in their organizations. In addition to the dynamic and international environment of our customers, internal support of our Competency Center ensures a wide range of development possibilities.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading customer agile engagements focused on organization transformation, processes optimization, taking care of the proper implementation of the Agile approach

  • Training customer teams in an agile approach

  • Overseeing the development of customer agile teams

  • Tracking engagement progress and benefits

  • Providing substantive support for presales activities

  • The main role is to take care of the proper Scrum implementation in Scrum Team

  • Facilitating both customer and internal workshops and meetings

  • Coaching, mentoring, and training Sii Scrum Masters

Our requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach

  • Practical experience with scaling Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Management, Lean Software Development

  • Proven success track in implementing Agile methods, frameworks, and techniques

  • Experience in software development in any role

  • Excellent English in both spoken and written - B2/C1 minimum

  • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures

  • At least one advanced Agile Certificate (i.e. PSM II or equivalent, SAFe, PMI-ACP) 

  • SPC certification is a strong asset

  • A passion for creating an environment of trust and great dynamics, where people do their best and work together as a team
