Your responsibilities

  • As an Agile Coach in Data you are responsible to help teams to maximize the value for internal and external customers, ensure requirements are met and increase efficiency and productivity. Therefore you follow and “teach” the agile principles & values.

  • implementation of different agile methods (depending on team needs)

  • engage and coach all relevant people who are involved in product delivery and management

  • helping to cultivate an organizational culture that embraces a dynamic atmosphere and a ‘fail fast’-learning culture

  • set up and facilitate workshops and ceremonies

  • make impediments transparent and remove them where possible.

Our requirements

  • You have 3 years of experience in a similar position.

  • We are looking for a strong team player who believes that agility is mainly about mindset, attitude and behavior.

  • If you can turn agile ceremonies and techniques into a meaningful experience and if you know how to help teams deliver value, you’re the right one for our team.
