Agile Delivery Lead (PM)

Your responsibilities

Your will act as:

Project/Delivery Manager:

• Responsibility of the delivery of one or more projects

• Working with reference to the software development process

• Management of budget, risk, and communication within the project

• Nourishing relationship with clients

• Coordinates and manages on a daily routine all the topics for particular team/customer

• Acts as a single point of contact

• Creation and people management of the dedicated development teams (ecosystems)

• Voice of the customer in front of the development team as well as the voice of the team in front of the customer

• Creates and maintains the stakeholders' map

Scrum Master:

• Removes all the impediments

• Supports planning, refinements, demo and retrospective sessions

• Guides how to use Scrum principles and artifacts

• Promoting best practices and Agile mindset

Team Leader and other:

• People management of the engineering team

• Participation in pre-sales process and offer preparation

• Opportunity to contribute in Digital Software Services unit (dss.hicron.com) development

• Participation in the recruitment process
