Review, apply and track Airworthiness data as applicable to aircraft, engines and equipment
Reply to technical support requests
Create and deploy maintenance tasks as related to Aircraft maintenance program
Liaison with customers, regulatory and OEM’s. (Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) in Polish and English is essential)
Compliance with the CAMO’s exposition (CAME) IAW EASA Part M, Part CAMO, SMS SMM etc.
Manage modifications requests and technical support from a Part 21 (or equivalent) organization.
Ensure timely updates and development of AMP’s (Approved Maintenance Programs) with related improvements and planned preventative actions
Form Collaborative relationships with OEM’s and vendors to ensure adequate and compliant support per CAME and or customer work scope
Work within a Safety Management System (SMS) including aspects of incident / occurrence reporting, investigations and risk assessments
Maintain a collaborative partnership culture, integrated with internals customers and stakeholders.
Formal aircraft maintenance training to equivalent of Part 66
Minimum 2 years of experience within CAMO, Part M, Part 145 environment.
Experience as an Aviation Maintenance engineer / Technician with an EASA / ICAO license.
Aviation degree or diploma is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of the aircraft maintenance and reliability programs.
Ability to read, write and speak Polish and English fluently including the use of aviation terminology.
Computer literate to enable the use of maintenance tracking software (ERP software) and MS office suite
Qualified to Hold Airworthiness review (ARC) privileges
Prior experience in support of Continuing Airworthiness management and maintenance support
Safety Management System (SMS) knowledge and experience
Knowledge / experience with regulatory requirement outside of EASA – i.e. CASA, FAA, CAA.
Medium or heavy helicopter maintenance experience is preferable
Knowledge with maintenance ERP system like AMOS, SAP, RAMPCO etc

We are looking to hire a CAMO Engineer for our operations in Rzeszow, Poland. This role will report to the CAMO leader and provide support on airworthiness responsibilities. The successful candidate will require formal aircraft maintenance experience to the equivalent of Part 66.
