Amazon ecommerce Manager

Your responsibilities
- Project management of Amazon business opportunity across Europe. Own Amazon P&L, optimize operations and marketing programs to accelerate top line sales. Coordinates weekly Amazon core team calls and wider team calls as needed.
- Manages external agency for daily Amazon account management operations
- On-going identification of short-term and mid-term improvement opportunities to profitably scale Amazon business, such as content optimization, portfolio choices, bundle pack optimization, monitoring of reviews, + identification of any other low-value adding costs &/or process inefficiencies etc…
- Monthly monitoring of Amazon P&L
- Coordination of new bundle pack creation in collaboration with SCM and NPD teams
- Optimization of listing, incl business case for portfolio extension
- Coordination of pricing recommendation
- Support promotion plans and scheduling
- Content optimization: A+ content build, content upload, coordination with affiliates)
- Support Amazon Brand Registry activities in alignment with SUNSTAR brands guidelines.
- Drives Sunstar Europe mid-term ecommerce channel strategy, product portfolio and pricing strategy across Europe
- Inspires and leads by influence cross-functional team members (Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, Communications) and affiliates teams (7 countries) to support Amazon and overall ecommerce business growth.
- Support development of ecommerce best practices within Sunstar Europe through both formal and informal opportunities (eg lunch & learn, on-the-job coaching…)
- Promotes cross-regional collaboration with Sunstar Americas
- Keeps current of ecommerce trends and new developments.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, digital media or relevant field
- Fluent English speaker (only applications in English accepted). Any other European language is a plus
- Previous experience (3+ years) in an e-commerce environment, specifically related to building presence on Amazon’s platform (must-have) and other national retail e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity operating at European level in a matrix organization
- Particularly well organized, meticulous, structured
- Business & commercial mindset
- Drive for results with can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills: both oral and written in English
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills with positive can-do attitude
