You will be responsible for preparing requirements for one or more of our technology platforms and to use your analytical skills, in combination with your previous experience, to make sure we stay ahead of competition.
Identify, analyse, challenge and document business needs.
Communicate, clarify and safeguard evolving business needs.
Working closely with the development team during refinement sessions and design reviews.
Guide team members and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Knowledge HR technology (preferably startup environment).
Extensive knowledge and experience in business analysis and modelling, and the requirements management process.
Ability to address challenges creatively and pragmatically. Working with the big picture and in small details.
Is a very quick technology learner and can easily adjust and accept changing technology marketplace needs.
Very clear and concise communicator in both written and spoken English.
Proactive and autonomous attitude.
Highly detail oriented personality who is willing to take the initiative to challenge any processes that could use improvement.
Excellent listening skills, and able to communicate complex scenarios in a structured and comprehensive way.
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills both written and oral.
