Who we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience gathering functional and non-functional requirements from the external or internal clients and business stakeholders - experience in legal or contracts transformation projects would be an asset;
  • Understanding of tools and systems implementation;
  • Proficiency with MS Office and expertise in data analysis and presentation;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different stakeholders regarding the implementation of changes;
  • Analytical skills to analyze documents, data, user surveys, and workflows, which will deliver problem-solving solutions;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
  • Practical knowledge of relevant project methodologies;
  • Relevant professional training and/or qualifications such as Agile, PMI/APM, Change Management, and Lean Six Sigma are advantageous;
  • Interest in resolving client challenges using technology and willingness to learn about different tools available to the legal departments/contracting teams;
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail with the proven ability to maintain professional standards in the face of challenging deadlines;
  • Professional manner and high level of personal accountability allied with high standards of client care, confidentiality, and integrity.

Your future role:

  • Designing business-critical systems and testing software tools;
  • It primarily focuses on delivering client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations and provide engagement and program objectives;
  • Searching, analyzing, and reviewing information;
  • Documenting processes to help refine the problem the client is trying to solve;
  • Conducting tests, surveys, and workshops will be a part of your daily activity;
  • Assessing inputs from stakeholders, analyzing a situation, and selecting the right plan of action;
  • Supporting communication within project teams and with client stakeholders, maintaining and developing relationships at appropriate levels;
  • Providing support and training for end-users.

You will be based at our office, with the option of working from home.  As this is a client-facing role, you may also need to travel.
