Your responsibilities
Customer Service in the Customer Care team
Handling customer interactions via defined channels (case and telephone)
Cooperate with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities
Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
Order management in SAP OTC module
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Logistics, Marketing
English and French at minimum B2 level
Experience working with ERP or CRM platforms (SAP and SalesForce not required - we can provide you a training)
Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes
