Your responsibilities

  • Customer Service in the Customer Care team

  • Handling customer interactions via defined channels (case and telephone)

  • Cooperate with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities

  • Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets

  • Order management in SAP OTC module

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university

  • 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Logistics, Marketing

  • English and French at minimum B2 level

  • Experience working with ERP or CRM platforms (SAP and SalesForce not required - we can provide you a training)

  • Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes
