Support on-boarding activities of Global Risk Analytics Data Environment (GRADE)– raising access / revoke requests, user trainings and user document management
GRADE User Support Management– trouble shooting, user communication, incident communication, liaising between users and IT
GRADE SharePoint Management– management and development
Support the GRADE capacity management – utilization reports review, user communication and review activities, incident communication
Support the GRADE Data Security Framework - reviews, processing changes to the security model if required, document management
Support the project management activities of Data Analytics team – JIRA / Confluence reporting and management
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Bachelor’s degree IT or in numerate subject, e.g. mathematics/ statistics/ economics or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred
Qualification in IT / Business Administration / Business Management or relevant experience
SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, SQL skills desirable
Previous experience in IT/ Analytics desirable
Ability to quickly understand complex architecture
Multitasking and ability to work under pressure to tight timelines is essential
Open personality and effective communication skills, ability and flexibility to work in an international team
Ability to write clear and understandable documents

Wholesale Credit and Market Risk (WMR) department within HBEU measures and monitors global credit and market risks arising from lending and trading activities as well as providing credit approval for corporates, financial institution and sovereign exposures. The team is engaged in a lot of European regulatory reporting (for ex. AnaCredit) and senior management reporting and analysis deliverables that are spread across EU countries on a need basis. The aim is to bring all these tasks together as one team and deliver them in a centralized and standardized manner.
The data provided by this team will form the basis of model development, model validation and IMR submission for WCR (Wholesale Credit Risk) senior management and to regulators. An extremely high standard of accuracy and timeliness will be required. Questions about the data for further material will need to be answered promptly. The incumbent will be expected to exercise initial quality assurance over the work of the team.
The data environment GRADE is used by 400+ global users, GRADE is critical data environment for the team which will form the basis of model development, model validation and IMR submission for WCR (Wholesale Credit Risk) senior management and to regulators. System and User issues will have impact on deliverables of the projects managed by users hence it’s critical to manage expectations and work for issue’s resolution. The role requires strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
