Your responsibilities

  • Gathering, normalizing, combining, transforming, analyzing and reporting data from myriad sources in areas of: sell-in, sell-out, finance (basic P&L elements), market intelligence and digital.

  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of all related tools and systems including excel/power pivot/power query-based reports, SFA administration/users support, A&P (advertisement & promotion) budget management.

  • Delivering highest quality analytics and making recommendations. Acting as a data expert and “co-pilot” in various, often cross divisional initiatives on country or CEER level. Supporting the business to understand the problems and proactively help to solve them.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree.

  • 1 -2 years of proven successful experience in a similar role (data analysis of any kind).

  • Strong knowledge of data processing with advanced technical skills in Excel.

  • Comarch’s SFA experience would be an asset.

  • Power pivot/power query experience would be an asset.

  • SAP/SAP BW experience would be an asset.

  • Accounting / Internal Control experience or Finance oriented studies would be an asset.

  • Detail-orientation mindset. Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.

  • Excellent time management.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.

  • Good communication skills in Polish and English, oral and written
