HRIS Analyst (m/k)

Your tasks:

  • Drive enhancements in HR systems that support efficiencies in HR and business processes
  • Supporting HRSSC teams on reporting creation; high focus on providing reports with global scope to HR and Managers as needed
  • Monitor integrations to downstream systems, work with the regional HRSSCs on error resolution and enhancements; work on long term solutions for more complex replication issues
  • Act as a key contact for regional HRSSC and provide support as needed; may require adjusting regular work time to time zone of supported region
  • Support IT in investigating errors between HR systems and ERP, including downstream systems and ensuring HR data flows seamless to receiving system
  • Perform regular audits on HR data to increase data quality by resolving existing inconsistencies and avoiding issues within workflow and/or system integration processes. Coordinating with regional teams to correct inconsistencies
  • Preparing documentation, instructions and mapping for new and existing functionalities and processes

Our requirements:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar systems
  • Experience working with various HR Systems and supporting interfaces between various systems
  • Experience working on projects utilizing Project Management tools
  • High Proficiency in all Microsoft products, including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau desired.
  • Ability to deal with large amounts of data
  • Ability to work independently in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams internally and externally
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent English
