Your responsibilities

  • Are you looking for a new opportunity to showcase your client relationship and analytical skills? Do you have a strategic mind-set and the ability to build relationships? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment with the ability to influence and enable change? If so, we have a roles available within multiple teams in the HCM Warsaw office.

  • Business Partner team, supporting the CFO divisions within EMEA:

  • Liaise with the business and HCM counterparts to facilitate employee related changes including local and international transfers, hiring and leavers

  • Act as first point of contact for your respective clients regarding any HCM related queries

  • Run reporting and analytics for people-related management reporting (e.g. retention, diversity)

  • Design and update presentation decks for stakeholder meetings

  • Partner with HCM functional groups (Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, Global Mobility, Compensation) to ensure the delivery of a seamless HCM service to clients

  • Participate in global and regional projects across the HCM spectrum e.g. the divisional People Development Committee

  • Work with our Reporting and Analytics team and use our on-demand analytics dashboard to deliver meaningful metrics, e.g. diversity, attrition

  • Business Partner team, supporting the Warsaw regional office

  • Provide day-to-day support in HCM processes, in particular on-boarding new joiners, processing resignations, and taking care of administration related to internal transfers

  • Partner with HCM functional groups (Diversity & Inclusion, Wellness & Benefits, Employee Relations, Global Mobility, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting) on seamless HCM service to clients and dedicated local initiatives / programmes

  • First point of contact for internal clients in regards to all HCM related queries

  • Facilitate administrative support in local HR processes, e.g. processing sick leaves, medical referrals, certificates of employment, employee files maintenance

  • Thorough and timely HCM reporting of working hours, vacation, sick leaves and ad hoc requests

  • Ad-hoc projects across the HCM spectrum, such as the organisation of events and internal training sessions

  • Global Mobility team, supporting the EMEA region

  • Advising divisional managers and/or HR Business Partners on mobility matters, such as appropriate policies and associated cost estimates, and potential mobility challenges including immigration, tax and relocation issues

  • Working with Relocation Coordinators to create and maintain records for each assignee

  • Initiating external relocation service providers and following up on a regular basis to monitor progress of each relocation

  • Management of queries and exception requests, including responding to employees/managers directly, forwarding to vendors and escalating queries as appropriate

  • Generating and reviewing assignment documentation

  • Reviewing allowances for Mobility payroll and liaising with the Mobility Operations Team and Compensation Accounting

  • We are looking for candidates to commence in 2022.
