Your responsibilities

  • Execution of cost and revenue allocations on Monthly basis

  • AUM/NNA Production of figures & reporting

  • Restatement of prior year’s financial statement (Management Accounting perspective)

  • Late entry bookings processing and checking

  • Administrating a newly developed “booking” engine tool

  • Process optimization, automations, and tool production

  • Out of box thinking, conceptual work with process improvements

  • Manage collaboration with Stakeholders/ Clients located in Switzerland and UK to ensure the best service possible

  • Support team, sector with workload and having an effective collaboration with peers

Our requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience within Financial Institution/ Multinational company (preferred in Reporting, Accounting, Controlling)

  • Understanding large datasets

  • Outstanding communication skills with very good command of written and spoken English; Polish is an asset

  • An advanced usage of MS Excel, prior experience on working on SQL/VBA/Power BI/Tableau is an asset

  • Outstanding interpersonal skill-set, analytical thinking and conceptual approach. Proven ability to manage work well under pressure

M&BIS is a hybrid function fusing Technical & Financial capabilities - our role is to process raw data and translate it into meaningful/ relevant information for our Top Management, for the Finance Teams and for the Relationship Managers. In our Monthly Production, we are responsible for delivering and providing a quality seal for the Management accounting P&L data for our organization. As a service provider – we need to continuously adapt our processes and tools being part of many internal initiatives & projects to improve the way we deliver our business information. Additionally, collaboration with our partners & clients (mainly CH/UK/PL) is essential for our delivery. We work in a hybrid mode (home-office & office located in Wroclaw).
