Analyst - IT Tool Governance

Your responsibilities

  • Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of the Divisional SAP-based Financial System tools

  • Review/maintain user security access to IT tools within the Division

  • Troubleshoot IT issues that arise with Divisional finance tools

  • Perform ongoing monthly tasks related to IT tools, such as reconciliations between tools

  • Assist in report writing/editing for Divisional finance tools using SAP query designer

  • Participate in the development, testing, and rollout of new Divisional financial system tool for Profit Walk reporting

  • Support automation of financial data via Power BI tool

  • Improve approval and other workflows throughout the Division

  • Prepare reports and provide analysis of financial issues at a Divisional level as requested

  • Support the monthly forecasting process from an IT and/or finance standpoint, as needed

Our requirements

  • Experience in financial accounting and reporting processes

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or IT

  • Strong English speaking and writing abilities is a must (polish – advantage)

  • Advanced Skills in Excel and other MS Office products

  • Experience with SAP BW and query designer, Power BI or other BI tools

  • Problem solving and analytical skills and ability to work in an international environment

  • Strong communication and presentation skills and comfortable working with all levels of the management
