Your responsibilities
Delegated Underwriting Program Annual Reviews – Track and follow-up on annual reviews, analyze completed Due Diligence questionnaires, and maintain key documents.
Bi-annual Audits – Support audit execution including tracking and follow up on audit execution and remediation issue closure, and documentation.
Quarterly Risk / Bordereau Scans – Assist with execution of risk scans and scan results analysis, and track issue resolution
Issues Tracking and Management – Help gather, track and support resolution of issues captured from a range of assurance functions / activities
Assist with tracking of terminated program close-outs
Contribute to ongoing process improvement

Our requirements
Professional corporate experience of one to two years or more with increasing responsibility
Quick study with a can-do attitude, who is receptive to new challenges
Demonstrated organizational skills, and ability to problem solve, and manage priorities to meet tight deadlines
Team player able to quickly assimilate within a team and collaborate across organizational boundaries
Demonstrated analytic skills and attention to detail
Adaptable, flexible and able to manage and deliver a wide range of tasks.
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Full proficiency in written and spoken English
Strong competency in MS Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Excel skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and with high performing teams
Looking to progress and take on new challenges
Expected to undertake training/progressing through professional examinations

As North America Delegated Underwriting Governance (DUG) Analyst you will contribute to the management, support and tracking of key Delegated control processes for the region including Annual Reviews, Bi-Annual External Audits, Quarterly Risk / Bordereaux Scans, and Issue and Incident resolution. You will use your strong communications, relationship management and project skills as you work closely with your DUG colleagues, underwriters and various functions within the company to ensure that the key control processes are executed in a timely and effective manner.
