Your responsibilities
The role will provide support to our Swiss Valuation Advisory team
Preparation of property valuations (portfolio and individual valuations) to be conducted by our valuation experts based in Switzerland
Collect, record, analyse and prepare documents relevant to the valuations
Preparation and controlling of the reporting (valuation reports)
Specific areas of research will include but not be limited to recorder data (deeds, etc.), parcel zoning data, real estate market and comparable data.
Database maintenance and data entry
Planning and coordination of site visit tours
Support of our valuers with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
Identify and escalate priority issues
Will work closely through phone and email correspondence with Swiss team members (mainly German speaking) on project/research status
Our requirements
Excellent communication skill is required for the role in both German and English; French skills is a plus
Fresh graduates are welcome
Previous working experience in the real estate industry will be much appreciated
Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office range (in particular Excel)
Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis
A good eye for detail
A very accurate working approach as well as strong analytical skills
Service orientation and ability to work in a team
