Your responsibilities

  • Product Backlog management and Product Demonstrations,

  • Review Product Deliverables and prioritize Delivery in agile wow to enable maximum business value through quick wins,

  • Stakeholder Management, Multi-Business Lines and Cross-Department Alignment,

  • Continuous delivery, process improvements and enhancements of Business Services to enable Multi-Country Global Analytics Solution that is Scalable for global roll outs to 15+ countries/locations,

  • Driving Delivery and UATs and coordination of business go-lives and monitoring BAU operations.

Our requirements

  • You have industry knowledge and experience in implementing advanced analytics and AI solutions specifically in KYC Transaction Monitoring, Trade or Financial Markets based AML space in financial institutions or large enterprises aligned to regulatory requirements,

  • You have industry experience in managing E2E Solution Delivery as strategic level with communication skills at business stakeholder level,

  • You have in depth knowledge of Big Data technologies, emerging trends and AA/AI practices,

  • You understand architecture and infrastructure implications and familiar with dependency management, UAT, OAT and roll out of production solutions,

  • You have experience in Agile/Scrum/DevOps and related tools like SNOW,

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and you are self-directed,

  • You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills,

  • You have good leadership and decision making skills.

Optional

  • Understanding of KYC processes (CDD, transaction monitoring, AML, Screening),

  • Masters or BS in Software Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Systems,

  • Agile development methodology,

  • Experience with the team backlog, reviews and all other related events (Kanban/SCRUM).

Information about the squad:

The resource operates in a team responsible for design, build and maintenance of Analytics Global Platform within the Transaction Monitoring Area. As The Product Owner, you will closely work with the Lead Product Owner, Business Analysts from Implementation Squads (who are responsible for gathering Functional Business Requirements for various Business Initiatives) and Infra/Domain Architects for Global KYC Transaction Monitoring within the Delivery Tribe. The product Owner will also work in close collaboration with Platform Architects from Quantexa (a Vendor Solution from Quantexa) and other strategic Analytics Platforms within Global KYC and rest of ING to deliver appropriate business services set within the governance of Global KYC/DT/TM.
