Your responsibilities
- The Android application is written in Kotlin 1.4.10 and uses Realm database and Retrofit.
- The LivingWell server application is based on Umbraco CMS with MS SQL.
- Application works with Azure Blob Storage and Azure Media service to stream content for devices. Data is stored on Azure SQL.
- Our infrastructure is deployed on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- Mixpanel.
- LivingWell backend uses .NET Framework (4.7).
- Backend: .NET Core, SQL databases, document databases.
Our requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience building native iOS applications
- At least one application in the AppStore we can have a look at or contributions to opensource projects we can review
- Acquainted with best practices around software engineering and system design
- Familiarity with testing and assuring quality on iOS (unit testing, application profiling with Instruments, debugging)
- Self-motivation and proactive attitude.
- English at C1 level or higher. Ability to write documentation in English.
- Experience in running projects for the medical market is optional but welcome.
- Knowledge of the German language is optional but welcome.

Scope of work:
- Currently we are both working with subcontractors and building our in-house development team. You will be a major contributor in our in-house team but the role will also require cooperation with external entities who support us in development.
- Technical development of our apps - our product portfolio consists of Living Well and Balance apps. We have a platform that is a Class I medical device and for which we plan further development.
- Technological research for all IT projects.
Prosoma
Prosoma is a Digital Health start-up building software for cancer patients. Our mobile applications support the process of healing and help them cope with stress and depression. We have been operating for nearly 3 years, implementing our solutions in Germany, Poland and the USA. We are supported by the leading team of therapists and scientists in the field of psycho-oncology.
We are looking for an Android Developer for our team, a person responsible for the technical development of our products and applications.
