About the project
To our mobile team we are looking for a passionate and eager to learn developer who will help us to create mobile solutions and build great mobile apps.
You will work in experienced team in mature development process and develop extensive Mobile SDK as well as Content Mobile apps for various clients, including international ones.
As Android developer you will contribute to building technical competencies and actively participates in software development of Android applications and mobile solutions as part of RingPublishing.com. The key to success in this position is to deliver high quality, clean and robust software for Android platform as well as close collaboration within the project team to detect issues and address them on early stage.
Your responsibilities
- Design, implement, test and deploy applications for Android platform
- Apply knowledge and experience in Java/Kotlin, OOP as well as proficiency in Android ecosystem and development environment
- Test code for robustness, including edge cases and general reliability
- Test apps and monitor its performance
- Write documentation
- Maintain of quality standards
- Conduct code reviews
- Evaluate tasks and provide estimates
- Collaborate with team members within agile process to deliver according to requirements, within budget and on time
- Effectively communicate in written and spoken English
Our requirements
- Basic knowledge of Android framework components
- Knowledge of Java, Kotin
- Basic knowledge gradle
- Knowledge of git, gitflow
- Basic knowledge of java design patterns
- Ability to create lists of items, layout from the code. Application styling experience.
- Knowledge of libraries: Dagger, Realm, Retrofit, androidx
- Experience in creating service in the application
- Experience in publishing applications to Google Play
- The own app on Google Play is a plus
