About the project
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Angular Developer with Java EE knowledge to implement and enhance our technical roadmap. If you have solid experience as a software developer with GUI experience we’d like to meet you.
Our team is responsible for one of the Master Data Solution in Volvo. The solution is already built and working but all the time needs enhancement and rewriting to be more modern.

Your responsibilities
- Take active part in agile sessions, estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activities
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. business analysts and product managers) to identify functional requirements
- Implement changes, apply fixes or write unit-tests based on specifications or requirements
- Write and maintain documentation related to software development
- Setup and maintain CI pipelines
- Keep track of the full life cycle of changes from release up to after care and assists where necessary
- Research, document and implement improvements regarding processes and tools
- Stay up-to-date with new developing tools and concepts
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in JAVA
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a software developer (in designing architecture, advising on technology choices, developing applications, writing and maintaining high quality code)
- Knowledge of: Java, Spring, and any of the modern frontend framework(s) like Angular.
- Knowledge and ability to apply design patterns and software development good practices
- Ability to learn fast and willingness to share knowledge
- Advanced English verbal & written communications skills
