Your responsibilities
Independent management of accounts payable. Contains the processing of the “FI invoices” (cost centers) as well as the processing of the “MM invoices” (material management)
Information provider to customers and suppliers as well as internal contacts such as purchasing, cost center managers
Build and maintain good working relationships with external vendors and internal customers
Booking of bank transactions
Process supplier reminders
Create a payment run including expenses and debtor repayments
Post expense reports
Reclaiming foreign VAT (cashback) and VAT settlement
Master data maintenance for vendors / customers
Handle and resolve supplier payment queries
Support and conduct continuous process improvement initiatives

Our requirements
University Degree
Working experience in accounting AP (preferably min. 1-2 years)
Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
Good knowledge of SAP
Good knowledge MS Excel
Team oriented person
Open-minded personality who communicates well and respectfully, but always in the interests of the company, with external and internal contacts
Optional
Experience in knowledge/process transfer in shared service environment will be an asset
Very good knowledge of Dutch (min. B2)
