Client Details

For our client from FMCG industry, we are looking candidates for position: AP Accountant.

Description

• Processing invoices (material purchases, services, fixed assets) in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Maintaining and updating vendor master data and related work-flows
• Preparing and processing manual & automated payments
• Travel & expense claim verification and processing
• Cash and bank reconciliation
• Preparing regular cash flow reports and forecasts
• Managing and reconciling fixed assets register, control over assets under construction and capital projects spend
• Regular AP query management (email and phone)
• Audit support in regard PTP area
• Co-operate remotely and directly with local, regional and global multinational teams
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements, involvement in various projects

Profile

• min. 2 years of experience within Accounting,
• very good knowledge of English, written and spoken (min. B2 level)
• Bachelor's degree in Economics,
• analytic skills,
• strong communication and networking skills,
• capability to work independently but also being a team player,
• growth mindset
• ACC, CIMA or equivalent qualifications completed or in progress would be an advantage,
• Experience within SSC/BPO environment would be an advantage,
• Experience in documenting processes and procedures,
• Knowledge of ERP preferably SAP,
• Good Excel skills,
• During transition period readiness to travel
