Your responsibilities
- Processing of accounting and financial data in an accurate and timely manner;
- Administration, verification and posting invoices in accordance with internal procedures;
- Preparing payment proposals;
- AP team support in daily activities;
- Handling Vendor Master Data changes together with phone confirmation of sensitive data
- Preparing accrual files and taking part in other Month End Closing activities
- Contact with local business organization and vendors
- Knowledge of MDG system will be an asset
Our requirements
