Your responsibilities
- Administration, verification and posting invoices in accordance with internal procedures;
- Preparing payment proposals;
- AP Team support in daily activities;
- Handling Vendor Master Data changes together with phone confirmation of sensitive data;
- Knowledge of MDG system will be an asset
Our requirements
- Good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of other language (e.g. Swedish) will be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Ability to organize and prioritize work;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of ERP system will be an additional value.
