Key responsibilities:
- Processing of accounting and financial data in an accurate and timely manner;
- Administration, verification and posting invoices in accordance with internal procedures;
- Preparing payment proposals;
- Support for the AP team in daily activities;
- Handling Vendor Master Data changes together with phone confirmation of sensitive data
- Knowledge of MDG system will be an asset
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of European languages will be a great asset;
- Experience in a similar function, preferably in SSC environment will be an asset;
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset;
- Excellent organization, problem solving and attention to details skills;
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
