Your responsibilities
Accounts payable accounting according to rules, including scanning, calculation and posting of: Capex invoices, Expense invoices, Travel expenses (cash and credit card), Requests for prepayments, Credit notes, Currency revaluations
Maintaining proper documentation for the above
Timely initiating of invoice workflow to proper approvers (based on company grant of authority)
Proactive role in reconciling accounts, collection of missing invoices/documents, supervision of timely approvals in invoice workflow system, providing explanations to questions raised by other departments
Detailed review of correctness of posting (i.e. cost centres, business units, VAT codes, etc.) prior to month close
Assistance in preparation of accruals postings
Employer requirements
Minimum 0,6 years professional experience on similar position
Good command of the English and German languages
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Task and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
