Your responsibilities
Taking part of migration processes from Spain,
Preparation of desktop procedures,
Timely and accurate processing of invoices (PO and Non-PO) in the system,
Regular AP query management (via email and phone),
Performing other daily operational tasks according to set targets,
Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders,
Supporting other team members in day to day process,
Performing ad hoc activities.
Our requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Accounts Payable and good knowledge of accounting principles,
Very good knowledge of Spanish (at least B2 level),
Good knowledge of English (at least B1/B2 level),
Knowledge of ERP preferably SAP and Basware,
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills,
Pro-active approach and ‘can do’ attitude,
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners and customers.
