    AP (Accounts Payable) Specialist with French
    Miejsce pracy: Kraków

    Main responsibilities: 

    • Ensure delivery in line with agreed SOP’s covering invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, helpdesk and associated activities
    • Respond to all vendor escalations / notices
    • Responsible for the model, baseline data and collection, trend graphs and comparatives
    • Responsible for all customer standard reporting and validation where contractual obligations allow
    • Updating and maintaining best in class Knowledge Transfer documents, alongside the business finance teams
    • Acts as the gatekeeper for the Accounts Payable ensuring compliance with standard processes & controls
    • Delivers ad hoc analysis as required
    • Enable development opportunities for team through participation in various initiatives
    • Assist team members who are new to the process

    Occassional responsibilities:

    • Prepare ad hoc reports / incentive sheet, etc.
    • Provide inputs through forums to improve work procedures that can enhance overall team performance
    • Adherence to defined norms specified by COPC certification and security specifications (as applicable to the process)


    • 1 to 3 years of overall experience in Accounts Payable or PTP processes.
    • Prior experience of working in International (EU) – AP & AR process will be handy.
    • Excellent Oracle (or equivalent) and MS office skills i.e. Excel, Word, Power points
    • Comfortable obtaining source information from contract operational teams and proactively escalating when required
    • Has the gravitas and ability to regularly communicate with, and challenge both finance and non-finance teams
    • Is a proactive self-starter
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in English, French B2
