Your responsibilities
Verifying, processing and booking the invoices issued by suppliers
Creation and updating of vendor master data
Processing of payments
Reconciliation of vendors & customer statements
Performing matchings on customer ledger
Booking bank statements & petty cash reports
Communication with third parties in case of invoice questions or discrepancies
Month-end closing activities
Our requirements
Good knowledge of English
Experience or background in accountancy will be appreciated
Good command of Excel
Data entry skills
Engagement and effective communication – brief, honest and polite

About the job
As an Accountant you will be mainly responsible for maintenance and reconciliation of vendor and/or customer ledger. Come to join our team!
