For our Client - the global company for its Shared Service Center – we are currently looking candidates for serveral positions in Accounting.
Twój zakres obowiązków
Various activities within AP or AR area
Ensuring quality and timely processing of purchase invoices and travel expenses
Reconciliation of accounts
Ensure that each work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards
Identify and escalate priority issues and routing to the appropriate team for a quick resolution
Receive / make calls from / to customers (internal/ external)
Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance process
Wymagania pracodawcy
University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
At least 6 months of professional experience in accountancy area
Very good command of English (at least B2 level)
Proactivity and process improvement orientation
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
