Your responsibilities
Incoming invoices and credit notes processing;
Bank statements posting - both incoming and outgoing payments;
Travel expenses processing;
Invoicing and posting other financial documents;
Internal and external correspondence handling;
Advising Team members on daily tasks;
Finance Manager and Team Leader supporting;
Identifying opportunities for process improvement within area of responsibilities.
Our requirements
Good level of English, basics in German are more than welcome;
Knowledge of Navision system will be an advantage
Readiness to learn new things;
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
Good communication and analytical skills;
Attention to details and organization skills.
