Your responsibilities
Conducting accounting tasks within either the Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable departments
Recording, validating, and entering invoices into the internal accounting systems
Resolving discrepancies in invoices
Collaborating with fellow team members and various company departments
Engaging with company contractors/customers to maintain communication
Generating reports and financial statements
Overseeing the management of accounting documentation.
Employer requirements
An essential requirement is the possession of a higher education degree, preferably in finance and accounting
Fluency in both English and German at a minimum of B2 level is a fundamental requirement
At least 6 months of experience in accounting, particularly in areas such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)
Practical proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is necessary
Strong communication skills are also a key attribute we are seeking.
