Your responsibilities

We are a consulting company specializing in business advisory for SSC/ BPO/ GBS sector. According to your previous experience, your professional development preferences and current business needs you might grow in various areas: Operations, Transition, Transformation:

I. Operations:

• AP: invoices processing, vendor accounts reconciliation, GRIR items clearing, contacting with vendors, month-end closing support

• AR: invoicing, customer accounts reconciliation, cash allocation, contacting with customers, month-end closing support

• GL: posting of journal entries, prepare month-end closing entries, perform GL accounts review and reconciliation, supporting controlling, Tax and Intercompany processes

or

II. Transition:

• participation in knowledge transfer sessions,

• preparing accounting process documentation like maps and Standard Operating Procedures,

• supporting process stabilisation and its further improvement

or

III. Transformation:

• identifying process gaps, wastes and opportunities for automation,

• proposing and implementing of process improvements,

• preparing TO BE process documentation

Our requirements

  • Previous experience in at least one following accounting area: AP, AR or GL

  • Very good English skills

  • Familiarity with MS Excel

  • Adaptive approach and ability to work in changing business environment

  • Drive for process improvement, experience in process transition would be an asset

  • Financial or business educational background would be an advantage
