    thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide. We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Real Estate Management (RE). As thyssenkrupp Gdańsk we are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.


    Your responsibilities

    Being a part of an international team of thysenkrupp you will be responsible for AP, AR or GL processes in our Global Shared Services in Gdańsk

    Your responsibilities:

    • Taking responsibility for AP, AR or GL processes
    • Taking part in transitions
    • Daily invoice posting and account reconciliation
    • Preparing process documentation, electronic transfers and payment runs
    • Preparing process monitoring/dashboards
    • Reconciling accounts payable, accounts receivable transactions or general ledger accounts
    • Supporting internal/external audits
    • Reviewing and verifying invoices, checking requests
    • Supporting operational performance reporting activities
    • Supporting the Management Information System to track the receivables’ KPI


     Your profile

    • University degree preferably in business area
    • Good knowledge of German – min. B2 level
    • English on a communicative level would be an asset
    • Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency
    • Advanced knowledge of accounting
    • Min. 2 years of professional experience on a similar role
    • Working experience within a (captive or outsourced) shared services center would be an advantage
    • Experience in transition would be an asset
    • SAP knowledge preferred or other ERP system
    • Highly developed interpersonal skills
    • Keen on working with new challenges, new transitions
