    BCS Automotive Interface Solutions Sp. z o.o. is part of a holding company belonging to the Luxshare Group Hong Kong Limited. As a whole product group in May 2018, we have become an independent global automotive corporation employing 5,650 employees around the world. We currently operate in 14 countries, have 12 production locations and 15 sales offices and engineering centers. Our sales is 991 M USD.

    Production plant of BCS Automotive Interface Solutions Sp. z o.o. in Pruszków is located in the logistics and production complex of Millenium Logistics Parks. We are one of the main producers of BCS AIS vehicle control systems. Currently, about 25 million pieces of finished product are assembled annually on production lines. In addition, we have a rich machine park on the injection molding and die casting departments, where we produce subassemblies intended directly for assembly lines. Among our regular customers are key brands of passenger cars.

    Due to the dynamic development in the area of finance and accounting, we are looking for candidates for the position:

    AP/AR Supervisor

    Place of work: Pruszków

    Primary Position Responsibilities:

    • Posting of incoming invoices include timely and thorough follow up on all invoice discrepancies
    • Review and approve accounting documents (debit notes, manual invoices, etc.)
    • Payment runs (3rd party), netting runs (I/C)
    • Cash forecasting (infolow/outflows) by currency
    • Customer and Supplier query resolution (calls, emails, dunning letters, etc.)
    • Internal communication with Sales/Logistics/Purchasing/Plant and reporting/escalation of issues
    • Ensure timely month end closing and accurate monthly financial reporting
    • AP/AR ICFR reviews
    • Supervise AP/AR team, organize processes, manage workload

    Education, Experience and Skills Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably Finance, Accounting or Economics)
    • At least 3 years working experience
    • German and English at the communicative level (necessary condition)
    • Good PC skills include MS Office (Excel), preferably SAP knowledge
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player
    • Good work attitude, flexible to welcome new assignments and develop in accounting and systems
    • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving attitude
    • Ability to establish and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work with, and appreciate, different cultures
