Your responsibilities
Processes payments, invoices, vouchers, etc. within pre-determined policies and procedures
Resolves disputes
Verifies calculations, checks or allocates codes, and checks or obtains information for incorrect or incomplete documents
Performs period-end balance sheet reconciliations
Deals with exceptions and perform root-cause and business impact analyses as they occur, to identify potential process and policy improvements
Advises and instructs business users in case of deviations from the standard
Scans statements, ledgers, and accounts to identify unusual/overdue items and selects the correct procedure for action, referring more complex items to a supervisor or senior clerk
Prepares ad-hoc information and statistical breakdowns as directed, from readily available sources
Has contacts with suppliers to exchange information
Employer requirements
Bachelor/Master's degree in accounting/ finance
Advanced in English
Czech is a plus
1-2 years' of relevant work experience
Clear internal and external communication
Strong teamwork skills, occasionally as part of projects
Flexibility in dealing and managing ad-hoc requests
Understands of aging analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, and KPI monitoring
Solid understanding of working in SAP and excel is a plus
