Your responsibilities
Work closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable and other departments to solve more complex issues related to both PO and non-PO processes
Co-ordinate Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) reconciliation and clean-up, following with root cause analysis
Monitor service levels and performance indicators
Co-ordinate GR/IR and aged items on vendor accounts reconciliation and clean-up, following with root cause analysis
Supporting local teams and processing team located in India- external accounting service provider
Monitor service levels agreements and performance indicators
Query / incident / problem escalation point of contact
Process standardization, improvements
Develop and implement global policies
Identify potential risks and process issues, proposing solutions
Initiate training/retraining for AP team
Participation in the projects
Our requirements
Degree in Finance/Accounting
Very good knowledge of accounting processes (min. 3 years of relevant experience)
Good analytical skills
Knowledge of SAP with a clear understanding of financial and procurement processes
Excellent English (written/oral), knowledge of another language will be an asset
Excellent communication and cooperation skills
Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
Ability to handle processes and driving process improvements independently
