Your responsibilities
Automated (SAP) payments execution
Manual payments upload and approval according to company policy and guidelines
Work closely with Local Entities, Processing teams and other departments in order to respond to payments related queries
Supporting local teams and processing team located in India- external accounting service provider
Monitor service levels agreements and performance indicators
Query / incident / problem escalation point of contact
Process standardization, improvements
Develop and implement global policies
Identify potential risks and process issues, proposing solutions
Initiate training/retraining for AP team
Participation in the projects
Performing internal controls according to control framework
KPIs preparation
Our requirements
Degree in Finance/Accounting preferable
Good knowledge of accounting processes
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Good English (written/oral)
Excellent communication and cooperation skills
Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
Ability to handle processes and driving process improvements independently
