Your responsibilities

  • Analyze processes and identify the opportunities for continuous improvement – present those for management buy-in decision

  • Coordination of various small to medium size projects and process improvements for the region or globally

  • Work with team members to resolve process questions, provide support for process improvement initiatives, recommend process change to improve efficiency including automation initiatives

  • Support Operation delivery manager in any other task related to operations (such as reporting, escalations, management, communication with customers) or projects (from small process redesign, waste elimination to larger scale- such as intercompany process improvement and efficiencies).

  • Participation in transition activities and cooperation with project management team on projects related and implemented for countries supported

  • Coordinate the initiative to improve KPI metrics based on standard processes, including any redesign of reporting tool needed. Review quality of AP processes and work on addressing the root causes.

  • Ensure documentation for processes impacted by the project is up to date – working with applicable Operation leaders

Our requirements

  • Min. 2 years experience in PtP processes in multicultural environment

  • Very good command of English

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC (S/4 Hana will be an asset)

  • Experience in leading PtP process improvement projects preferably in BPO/ SSC environment

  • University graduate – Finance and Accounting or Economy and working knowledge with understating of accounting principles

  • Experience in leading some PtP teams will be an advantage

  • Ability to interface and work with individuals across the global organization at all levels

  • Ability to manage issues and seek resolution, to deal with suppliers, to identify root cause and propose alternate solutions to problems

  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative, decision making

  • Good organization skills

  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio
