Your responsibilities
Responsible for a team of Accountants supporting processes,
Ensure monthly close deadlines are met,
Perform monthly review of balance sheet reconciliations,
Verify and process incoming invoices, including PO and non PO invoices,
Processing payments data in the bank,
Ensure that all invoice are paid when due and verify the correctness of applied payment terms and methods,
Ensure all intercompany and third party invoices are posted in a timely manner,
Ensure transactions are posted to the correct accounts and accurately reflect the business purpose of the transaction,
Ensure invoices are paid on time,
Ensure expense claims are reviewed before processing,
Chasing personnel for not yet submitted credit card claims,
Review accruals,
Ensures an accurate and timely monthly and year end close,
Ensure VAT transactions are properly accounted for and recorded,
Pro-active communication with vendors.
Our requirements
University degree in accounting or related field preferred,
At least 7 years of professional experience in the area of PtP/AP,
Strong analytical, process improvement and conceptual mindset,
Solid knowledge of accounting and taxes,
Very good knowledge of English,
Sap knowledge will be an advantages,
High interpersonal and communication skills,
Team player with very good communication skills,
Attention to details.
