Recruitment for

For our client an international corporation we are looking for AP Team Leader who will join growing Shared Service Center.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordination of the AP Team, supervising the team’s work, resolving all important issues in the scope of the team

  • Set priorities and plan workload to meet deadlines and achieve the objectives of the department

  • Mentor and coach team members and support workplace learning

  • Motivate team members and initiate  opportunities for skills development

  • Provide feedback to employees regularly, including Performance Appraisal Process meeting

  • Ensure that all accounts payable are expensed from the correct general ledgers in appropriate periods

  • Ensure all invoices are matched in timely manner and in accordance to the company policy – close cooperation with Customer Service/ Logistics department

  • Ensure all accounts in AP Team scope are reconciled for the end of the month and proper controls reported in the system

  • Ensure accurate and dimely month end processing and closing AP module

  • Making sure all AP outstanding transactions are reviewed regularly

  • Assist in systems testing for upgrades and future improvements

  • Support internal and external audits.

Employer requirements

  • University/ College Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area

  • Relevant experience in international SSC or BPO environment

  • Experience in managing or coordinating of AP team for international companies

  • Strong customer driven focus

  • Very good communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders

  • Very good command of English

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)

  • Proficiency in using SAP accounting system.
