Your responsibilities

  • Direct supervision of AP team in day-to-day operation activities in the area of Invoice Processing, Payment or Master Data

  • Shaping work environment based on trust, open communication, creative thinking and teamwork

  • Ensure efficient workload management, assign tasks to team members based on their skills; implementation of backup structure in the team

  • Managing a team ensuring Service Delivery of AP processes - measuring and evaluating operational effectiveness, including productivity and quality in accordance with SOX controls

  • Driving process improvements and standardization to meet internal and external service delivery expectations

  • Ensure timely resolution of any escalations raised by local sites or Vendors

  • Ensure that the service levels meet the requirements of SLA and KPIs

  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements in relation to PTP processes

  • Relationship management with internal customers and external stakeholders

Our requirements

  • Professional experience in Finance / Purchase to Pay field in GBS / Shared Service environment 3+ years

  • Experience in people management 3+ years, very good people management skills

  • Master degree in Finance / Accounting or Economy

  • Knowledge of Accounting Regulations and US GAAP

  • Very good knowledge and understanding of overall PTP processes

  • Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and lead people through ever-changing, dynamic business environment

  • Very good command of English language (additional language will be an advantage)

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and MS Office (in particular Excel)

  • Demonstrate a “can do” attitude with well-developed prioritization and time management skills, ability to delegate tasks

  • Openness for continuous improvement

  • Strategic thinking, proactivity, ability to initiate change and make decisions

  • Availability to work different shifts (8 – 16 and 14 – 22)
