- Managing customers’ business needs over e-mail or phone
- Processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems
- Following prescribed processes
- Providing customers with all requested and relevant information
- Cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve customer issues
- A min. 1 year of AP or related accounting experience in Share Service Center environment preferred
- Knowledge of SAP system, with preference to SAP ARIBA system
- Very good command of spoken and written English and Dutch
- Service-oriented and able to collaborate with both external and internal parties via multiple communication channels
- Detail-minded, accurate, analytical, and possess a mindset of continuous improvement)
- Ability to identify issues quickly and to be able to solve and handle queries in a timely manner
- Pro-active attitude and able to work with respect to the deadlines
- Must be self-motivated and able to follow direction and able to work independently or as a team
- Working in an international environment
