    Venetian House Aparthotel is a locally owned apartments company, run and managed by a team of young Krakowians. Apart from Venetian House located on Krakow’s Main Square, we supervise another 3 locations in the heart of the Old Town. We have a passion for our city and enjoy meeting and hosting fellow Poles as well as Guests from all over the world.     Do you have what it takes?

    You must be highly focused, have excellent communication skills, be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.

    The role requires a high degree of organization skill and a structured approach, to ensure services are delivered in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.

    You must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all-round management experience.

    Most importantly, you should have the ability to influence and inspire our team to drive the business forward.We search for strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, appraise, support and challenge to deliver performance on a daily basis.

    So what are key responsibilities?

    As a Manager you will oversee all activities directly related to providing outstanding hospitality services to our Guests. This includes:

    • Management of all services including housekeeping, front desk operations, Guest satisfaction and quality controlfor a successful serviced apartments company
    • Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of running this hotel
    • Work in co-operation with other departments, developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues
    • Managing staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
    • Establishing and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
    • Determining staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
    • Taking responsible for cost controlling
    • Monitoring and actioning feedback received through guest satisfaction surveys, 3rd party websites and from clients after events and resolve any client disputes and complaints in a professional manner and within guidelines issued
    • Deputising in the absence of the General Manager
