About the project

Application developers are primarily responsible for extending or enhancing the functionality of purchased business applications, leveraging the development framework while adhering to the supported methodologies and best practices for the application. You will utilize the application management framework recommended by the vendor(s) in order to ensure “always on” services to our business partners and end users, as well as an optimal end user experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding customer service/user support, with continuous focus on the usability of the platform; troubleshooting and resolving issues for end-users

  • Contributes in identifying, creating, and defining application requirements

  • Defines data structures and application solutions appropriate for the requirements

  • Assists in the creation of unit test plans

  • Helps during the design phase of projects in building prototypes for projects

  • Coordinates builds with project team members and customers

  • Code, document, and implement project specifications with little assistance from senior and mid level application developers

Our requirements

  • Readiness to work Mon - Fri between 15 - 23 Polish time

  • Experience with providing end user support for Enterprise/Cloud SaaS productivity platforms

  • Ability to write and understand code

  • Technical background

  • Database knowledge (SQL)

  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl)

  • Attention to detail, and ability to monitor and audit services

  • Very good English language skills, written and spoken

Optional

  • Experience with integration platform middleware, i.e., SnapLogic

  • Experience using agile practices and principles and experience utilizing Scrum

  • Experience utilizing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira and or Confluence
